Reg Bailey Centre is a welcoming community resource with young people at its heart. We help young people advance in life through education, skills, mentoring, careers support, recreation and practical assistance.
We also provide social-welfare activities and support for people whose circumstances create additional need. Our work spans health and wellbeing, food support, education, youth provision, careers, community events, sports and facilities hire. Every service is intended to improve lives, strengthen participation and open routes to greater confidence and independence.

We start with what matters to young people, using their experiences, ideas and strengths to shape relevant support and activities.
We aim to create a respectful, inclusive environment where people of different backgrounds and abilities feel comfortable asking for help, joining in and being themselves.
We help people access information and support early, before challenges become harder to manage.
Alongside immediate support, we create opportunities for people, especially young people, to develop confidence, skills, relationships, independence and the ability to participate positively in society.
We collaborate with volunteers, organisations and professionals because stronger partnerships lead to better outcomes.

A society in which young people have the support, skills, confidence and opportunities to reach maturity, become independent and fulfil their potential.

To help young people advance in life through education, skills, mentoring, employability, recreation and practical support, while providing inclusive social-welfare activities that improve life for people facing disadvantage.
